Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview:
Aspira Capital Group (“Company”) offers a referral program (the “Program”) to encourage customers and individuals to refer new business clients to the Company. Referrers who successfully refer businesses that are funded will earn a cash reward of $200 for each qualified referral.

2. Eligibility:
To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Program.

3. Qualified Referral:
A qualified referral is defined as a new business client that:

Is referred to the Company using the referral form.
Completes a loan application with the Company.
Is funded by the Company.
Cannot have been a previous client of the Company or engaged in discussions about funding with the Company prior to the referral.
4. Referral Submission:
Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form. The referrer must provide accurate and complete information about the referred business.

5. Payment Terms:
The referral reward of $200 will be paid to the referrer once the referred business has been funded by the Company. Payments will be processed within 30 days of funding.

6. Limitations:
There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make; however, each referral must meet the criteria outlined in Section 3 to qualify for payment.

7. Changes to the Program:
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.

8. Privacy:
All information collected in the referral process will be used in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not participate in the Program.

10. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
